LANGUAGE = speaking language is the same, the languages are related or in a country there is a minority (more than 5%) talking the language
NEIGHBOUR = the countries are neighbours
CONTESTS = times of participation when the countries in question took part in same contest or countries were able to give points to
each other
( a country ) = country in brackets means to/from which country the jury has given/received the least points (minimum 5 contests together 1975 - 2017)
[ a country ] = country in square brackets means that the country doesn't exist anymore or was a guest country: Australia, Yugoslavia and Serbia & Montenegro
